Liberty Bank filed foreclosure lawsuits against three development groups. The bank is looking to foreclose on 16 properties in Benton County. Three lawsuits were filed at the Benton County Courthouse on behalf of the bank. All together the suits are for more than 20 million dollars worth of property. If the bank claims the properties, they could be sold at an action under the supervision of the court. We tried to contact officials from the bank to see if they had plans for the properties, but no one from the bank ever returned our phone call.
