After being put on house arrest a former Wal-Mart executive Tom Coughlin could now spend time in prison.
In St. Louis, the U.S. Court of Appeals ruled that Coughlins original punishment was too lenient and he must be re-sentenced.
The 58 year old pleaded guilty to wire fraud and tax evasion but was able to avoid prison when his attorneys argued that he is in poor health.
