The movement to get the wet or dry issue put to a vote in Benton County made its way to the ears of a local rotary club today. About 45,000 signatures must be collected to get the issue on the 2008 ballot, and today was just one example of how local volunteers are getting that message out and getting those signatures on a petition. Those circulating the petitions say they try to keep their personal opinions out of the issue because to them its something for the people to decide.
