Fayetteville Considers Noise Ordinance

Fayetteville Mayor Dan Coody wants the city council to reconsider an ordinance that would ban the revving of motorcycle engines. It failed two weeks ago, after some members voiced concern about how police would enforce it, but Mayor Coody says the ordinance woul improve the quality of life in the city, especially near Dickson Street.
