Tobacco Ban at State Capitol?

Tobacco products may be banned at the Arkansas state capitol. One lawmaker says that since smoking isnt allowed inside the building, chewing tobacco should also be outlawed. While some disagree with the proposal, Governor Mike Beebe says its a good idea. The proposal has been withdrawn, but one legislator says shell reintroduce it in the future.
