Oklahoma House Bill 1804, will go into affect on November 1ST. Its goal? To make it virtually impossible for illegal immigrants to get work or public assistance....in fact Representative Randy Terrill believes it will work so well, illegal immigrants may leave Oklahoma and head for states with less strict immigration policies. But local lawmakers arent worried. Rogers City Councilman Buddy Wright points out that officers from the city are already being trained in immigration enforcement and theyll be ready for whatever Oklahoma may send our way.....and while some critics of state enforced illegal immigration policy say concern is too heightened and that conservative republicans continue to push over zealous enforcement without merit...Representative Randy Terrill says party politics have nothing to do with the issue. Because, he says, in the end its not about left or right, its about right and wrong.
