Rogers is one step closer to a new cell phone tower. Tuesday night, the Rogers Public Library board discussed several topics pertaining to the Verizon tower, such as rental fees and maintenance responsibilities. The board also discussed having the tower disguised as a lamp post, to both increase safety in the area and disguise the tower. The board will make its final decisions later this month.
