A lawyer involved with the University of Arkansas email lawsuit has been found to be in contempt. Wednesday, Judge Mark Lindsay ordered Eddie Christian Jr. to pay the school's attorney fees and return all materials he obtained without keeping copies.
This comes after Christian allegedly ignored a request to stop the discovery process in a lawsuit regarding a harassing email sent to former hog quarterback Mitch Mustain.
