Libraries often seem to have a little something for just about anybody, but sometimes folks who enjoy checking things out from the library, dont show near as much enthusiasm about checking those things back in. A newly drafted ordinance in West Fork will attempt to alleviate that problem by charging residents who refuse to bring back a book anywhere from $25 to $100. Some may think that fine is a little steep for not returning a library book, but the towns librarian points out that the West Fork Library is actually one of the few libraries in the area that dont already use the policy....and right now its just a precaution.
