An apology from the man who shot a UAFS basketball player last year. William Steward pleaded guilty to first degree battery, and will spend seven years in prison. Steward shook hands with the man he shot, Terrist Parramore, in Sebastian County Circuit Court on Monday. Parramore is partially paralyzed. He was shot three times.
