The Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce toured Chattanooga, Tennessee on Thursday to get ideas about growth and development. KNWA made the trip as well, to find out what local leaders were trying to learn from a place that was once declared the "dirtiest city" in the nation.
After many down years, Chattanooga revitalized its downtown district by opening the Tennessee Aquarium. After that, the city followed a strategic plan to develop the area.
