For the past 25 years, Russell Alexander has lived on Crows Roost Place in the Prairie Creek area of Benton County. About a year ago, the county paid a company 36,000 dollars to chip and seal Crows Roost Place and several nearby roads. Folks living on the roads say the job wasnt done right. They’re upset about loose gravel and potholes on their road. Neighbors also say the crew fixing their road worked at night and spent very little time on the project.
