A new cell phone tower could decorate the Rogers Public Library lawn if the price is right.
The library board approved the contract for the Verizon tower tuesday, but that approval is pending the lease price. Right now, the price the library board offered is more than Verizon wants to pay, but both the board and the company say theyre willing to negotiate.
