Bella Vista Could See New Cell Tower

A new cell phone tower could be in the works for Bella Vista. Wednesday, the Benton County Planning Board approved a setback waiver for a tower on Wehmeyer Road. The board denied that same request in July for several reasons, including neighbor complaints, but now board members say they view the tower as a necessity.
