"Were going to appeal to the Supreme Court and ask the Supreme Court to reverse the case or reverse the trial case decision..allow us to take the depostions of Chancellor White, Houston Nutt or any other relevant witnesses." said Attorney Eddie Christian Jr. The lawsuit centers around how Chancellor White handled a situation regarding an email sent by former football booster Teresa Pruett to former razorback Mitch Mustain. While the case keeps getting thrown out of lower courts and despite Christian being held in civil contempt of court because of the way he handled discovery of evidence, he still believes the case can live on. "Never once have they come out and said ..you know what, Houston Nutt did not have anything to do with that email that was sent to Mitch Mustain. The University has never so much denied his involvement" said Eddie Christian Jr. Christian also says this case could last for the next couple of months.
