After taking her to Sparks Hospital, Estrella was pronounced dead. Church Pastor, Bill Painter, says this is shocking. "To lose your child is bad enough. To be partly responsible because, they are, as a parent you are responsible. Thats enough weight there but, then to be charged for that loss, to me its very unfair." said Bill Painter. The couples friends say its unbearable to see the family go through this. "its purely an accident. This man has the kindest heart and the softest person you could ever meet this is nothing that would be ever more than an accident" said friend Craig Lee. Police say the Marins are charged with negligent homicide. Friends and family are trying to set up a bank account to help pay for estrellas funeral and to help some of her family in Mexico come to the service. Arrangements for the memorial fund are still being worked out but, will be available soon.
