Accused Fort Smith Check Thief Caught

Fort Smith police caught up with an accused check thief. Officers say Dennis Dale Osborne, 50, was caught by surveillance video using a stolen check. Police believe Osborne and a few other people stole several checks and credit cards in Fort Smith. They caught Osborne, but say theyre still looking for the two women who were also caught on the video. If you have any information on this case, call Fort Smith Police at (479) 709-5000.
