We've heard it for months now -- It's a buyers market. Which means realtors are working harder than ever to get potential buyers to consider their properties. Nicky Dou has been in the real estate business for six years, and says her tactics for getting a house to sell are constantly evolving. These days she's looking to the web for help. About six months ago Dou, who owns Element Realty Group, decided to utilize the popular web site You Tube to help potential buyers check out her client's homes. Dou says she mainly wanted to get more pictures of the homes she's selling in front of buyers. Dou even takes the photos herself and edits the video on her computer. She says likes You Tube because an unlimited number of people can take a virtual of a home anytime they choose. The last home Nicky Dou featured on You Tube got more than 500 hits in just a week.
