The president of the McDonalds corporation, Don Thompson, was in Northwest Arkansas on Monday in support of the Ronald McDonald house. Thompson tells us the health of children across the country is a concern for the company famous for fast burgers and fries, and he says healthy alternatives to those menu items may be key in changing the eating habits of Americans.....but also key to making its competitors make a healthy effort as well. Thompson also tells KNWA that his company recognizes that eating right can do plenty, but exercise is a must for everyone.
