Kirkland’s is coming to the busiest intersection in the state at College and Joyce. The building is nearing competition and the Fayetteville Planning Division gave Kirkland’s permission to start furnishing the inside. Kirkland’s will occupy 6,500 square feet of the 11,300 square foot building.
The second Chuck E Cheese in NWA is being built in Rogers. The pizza and kid friendly business will sit on the west side of Promenade Boulevard. The frame work is already done and only a few inspections are left before it will be open for families to enjoy.
The first Target in Benton County is in the works. The 137, 000 square foot store will sit at the intersection of Promenade Road and Bellview Road in Rogers. Targets preliminary plans were submitted Friday and will go through the planning process over the next two weeks. Its scheduled on the December fourth planning agenda for approval of their large scale development.
