Charges Filed In Highway Worker's Death

Negligent homicide charges were filed in a hit and run case Thursday. Ezra Dion Gilbert was charged this week with the hit and run death of highway worker Roger Bobbitt this past September. Washington County Prosecutors believe Gilbert had a blood alcohol level above the legal limit at the time of the accident. Gilbert is currently out on bond.
