Rogers Plans Road Projects Worth $100 Million

Several road projects are in the works for Rogers, but the city isnt yet sure how its going to pay for them. The projects total about $100 million, and focus around developing retail areas in western Rogers. The city plans to propose a $135 million bond issue to voters in 2010. The plan involves extending an existing one percent sales tax.
