State Investigates Illegal Dumping

The state is investigating possible violations of illegal dumping at a construction site in Benton County. Employees of the road department apparently took debris from an illegal dumpsite and used it to fill a ravine on a workers property. This is the third mistake that the road department has made in connection with construction sites this year.
