Housing Market Slump Hurting Renters

The housing market slump affects more than just home owners and developers. As the housing market began to slide, banks began calling in loans and developers stopped developing. Many land lords now find themselves in the middle of court battles with banks. Sparking worry in renters that their rent could go up or that they could lose their homes altogether.
