A parade surprise and the key to a happy marriage.  It's news stories that have gone Over the Edge.

A New York man put his love for his girlfriend on the side of a DPW truck during Monday's annual Memorial Day parade.  When he spotted her in the crowd, he stopped and got down on one knee. She said "yes." Lots of planning went into the proposal, including getting the mayor's approval.

Mel and Joey Schwanke have been married for 64 years and for the last three and a half decades, they've dressed in matching outfits. In fact, they have 146 custom made matching outfits. Mel's tie always coordinates with Joey's dress and almost everything is floral because together the Schwanke's own a flower shop.
