Parents in Fayetteville stepped up to the plate to learn about healthy cooking.
Owl Creek Elementary in Fayetteville hosted the 3rd Annual Parents University.
Students' parents learned different way to help their kids, from healthy cooking and organizational skills to preventing cyber bullying.
"We educate their children every single day. We thought this would be a great opportunity to get the parents in the building and give them a chance to learn stuff that they might not get otherwise," said Assistant Principal David McClure.
The event was free for all parents in the Fayetteville School District, and the information was priceless.
