Remember that big beef recall earlier this week? Well, now the U.S. Department of Agriculture is telling local schools how to get rid of their bad meat. Some Oklahoma schools were told to pour bleach on the meat, and put it in the garbage disposal. Thankfully, no ones been sick yet. Fort Smith schools didnt have any of the recalled beef. The U.S.D.A. recalled the beef after the Humane Society of the United States released an undercover video of workers abusing sick cows. The recall is the largest beef recall in U.S. history. The company, Westland/Hallmark Meat Company, is based in Chino, California.
