Fort Smith Man Arrested for 75 Counts of Child Pornography

Police found more then seventy-five images of child pornography on Ronald Beckford's computers and hard drives that were seized from his Van Buren tire business.


When officers showed up to arrest Beckford his business was closed for the day. Police say Beckford contacted Van Buren Police Department around 1:50am on Saturday and turned himself in.

 

Ronald Beckford was booked into the Crawford County Detention Center where he was charged with 75 counts of Computer Child Pornography.
