An entertainment feud is brewing and Thursday was the Pope's last day. Here is Thursday's edition of "The Pulse".
Girls Gone Wild Goes Bankrupt
Girls Gone Wild, the softcore video empire founded by Joe Francis, has filed for bankruptcy. The brand is reportedly millions of dollars in debt, owing most of that to casino mogul Steve Wynn. Francis made his fame by convincing drunk women to take their clothes off.
Mariah's Wadrobe Malfunction
Mariah Carey joins the league of wardrobe malfunctions after she had a little nip-slip last weekend. During an event, she let it all hang out in a strapless dress, and when she raised her hands up, her dress slipped down just enough. Now, a photo of her malfunction is all over the interwebs.
Morrissey V. Jimmy Kimmel
A feud is brewing between "The Smith's" former frontman Morrissey and late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel. It all started when anti-hunting, animal loving Morrissey refused to appear on Kimmel's show Wednesday night because the cast of "Duck Dynasty" would also be a guest. Kimmel made a joke about Morrissey on his show , to which Morrissey replied that Kimmel's jokes were distasteful. Of course, Kimmel swiftly responds with another invite for Morrissey to come on the show and hash it out in person.
Benedict XVI's Last Day
Thursday was Pope Benedict XVI's last day, as he officially steps down. He is the first pope to resign in almost 600 years. His new title is "Pontiff Emeritus".
Forced Budget Cuts
Just one day left until those budget cuts take into effect. The deadline is Friday night at midnight, and there's no indication members of congress will beat the buzzer. The president and leaders on Capitol Hill are scheduled to meet Friday but the chance of progress is slim.
