As they continued to investigate, police were able to observe all three men loading boxes into two separate cars, the mini-van and a Honda passenger car.

When the two vehicles left at the same time, police made traffic stops on both of them.

After a search of the Honda, occupied by Driver and Littig, police found a locked safe in the trunk containing marijuana residue, a large amount of cash and check stubs in Benjamin Driver's name.

According to the report, when officer's stopped the white minivan driven by Fair, they could immediately smell the odor of marijuana coming from the car.

The report states that when police asked fair how much marijuana was in the car, he admitted, "Probably too much."

Police found approximately 613 grams of marijuana, 34 grams of  mushrooms, 4 grams of meth, suspected LSD, prescription drugs including Xanax and hydrocodone, Ecstasy pill and another large sum of money.

All three men were arrested and taken to Washington County Jail. They each face multiple charges of possession with intent to deliver.
