A Speedy Delivery on Friday's Edition of "Over the Edge News"

A speedy delivery, and furry friends hit the circus ring. Here is Friday's edition of "Over the Edge News".

In Colorado, one mom, using "shaming shirts" to punish her kids. The shirts say everything from "I'm disrespectful" to "I steal". Too bad school officials don't agree with her parenting style, they made the kids cover up the shirts at school, making mom angry all over again.

A pair of new parents making a speedy delivery in Iowa. When an officer pulled over a speeding SUV, the father jumped out in a frenzy, saying his wife was giving birth. The babies head and arms were already out, so there was no time to get to the hospital. The officer coached the mother through labor, and both mother and baby were fine.

Over in Tokyo, the Wow-Wow dog circus is in town. The furry friends jump rope and balance on balls, the circus is aimed at mixing education with entertainment. The instructors teach young kids about pet ownership.
