Out of tens of thousands who audition, American Idol is down to its bottom three.  And for Jessica, Phillip and Joshua, the finish line is either really close, or miles away.

"I definitely feel the end is almost here it's getting closer and I can literally taste the finale," says Joshua Ledet.

"It feels like miles and miles and miles away," counters Jessica.  "We only got two more weeks to go before the finale and I feel like years away."

"It's right there," says Phillip.  "It's only a couple of weeks but if you go out there and mess up you never know what's going to happen."

And although the final three saw parades, concerts and thousands of screaming fans during their hometown visits they were all secretly fantasizing about their favorite thing to do or eat.

"Jumbalia!" says Joshua.

"My mom's homemade chicken pot pie!" says Phillip.

"I'm going to go to my house and go to my bed and take a real good nap," says Jessica.

In other Idol notes, E! Online is reporting Jennifer Lopez may exit the show after this season.  She has not publicly made a decision about her future on Idol, but she has said that she may want to take a little break from entertainment to focus on her kids.
