Fireworks Rules & Regulations: What You Need to Know

July 4th is a real blast but you got to make sure and play by the rules.
Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville all have different rules and regulations for your Independence Day celebration. All four do have one thing in common: no bottle rockets. Read the rules and regulations for each city below.
Fayetteville
Fireworks may only be discharged upon private property with the consent of the property owner and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on July 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. on July 4th and at no other time or date.

Springdale
All legal fireworks, except aerial fireworks that travel on a stick, may be discharged on private property between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on July 1st through July 4th of any year, provided that the owner of the private property consents to such discharge of the fireworks.

Bentonville
Fireworks may only be shot off on July 3rd from 12:00pm (noon) to 12:00am (midnight) and July 4th from 12:00pm (noon) to 12:00am (midnight). Fireworks that are mounted on a stick, such as bottle rockets and sky rocket may not be used inside the city limits of Bentonville.

Rogers
On the dates of July 3 through July 5 of each year, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., the use of fireworks shall be permitted, with the exception of any aerial fireworks device attached to a stick commonly referred to as a "bottle rocket," or any other similar device, regardless of its name.
