ESPN issues an apology to Miss Alabama and a massive sea creature big enough to scare your socks off has just been discovered. Here is Wednesday's edition of "The Pulse".
Katt Williams
Comedian Katt Williams is in trouble again after he failed to show up for his court hearing in connection with a police chase. A warrant was issued for his arrest after the performer led police on a chase through downtown Sacramento on his motorcycle back in November. Williams is also seen on tape punching a target employee in the face on the same day as the police chase
ESPN Apologizes
ESPN has released an apology in the wake of mixed reviews about the commentary AJ McCarron and Brent Musberger gave on Alabama quarterback's girlfriend Katherine Webb. The network says the announcers "went too far" in his remarks on Miss Alabama who has since become a nation wide celebrity

Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky is due in court Thursday for a hearing about whether his lawyers had enough time to prepare for his child sex abuse trial. The hearing is set to take up a set of legal challenges filed by Sandusky's lawyers, including a claim that a prosecution materials swamped the defense.
