Tuesday's Edge List: Top 10 Greatest Duets of All Time

Number Ten- "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" Elton John and Kiki Dee
Elton John may be the king of duets, even releasing a whole album of them, and this collaboration with Kiki Dee never fails to impress.

Number Nine- "Islands in the Stream" Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton
These two charted a combined 22 number one hits in the 80's, so when they got together in 1983 for this song, there's no doubt it would be a hit. This one stayed at number one for two weeks.

Number Eight - "Baby Boy" Beyonce and Sean Paul
We all know Beyonce is a hit maker, in 2003 she teamed up with Sean Paul for her second of five number one hits she already had as a solo artist.

Number Seven - "My Boo" Usher and Alicia Keys
This one was tailored to be a hit, the two co-wrote it in 2004 and it stayed at number one of the Billboard charts for six weeks.

Number Six - "I'm Real" Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule
In 2001, before J-Lo joined the judges panel on American Idol, she teamed up with Ja Rule for four different number one hits, but this one stayed on the billboard charts the longest.

Number Five- "Dilemma" by Nelly and Kelly Rowland
This 2002 hit was Kelly Rowland's first attempt to break out of former girl group "Destinys Child", and it was a success. This duet had a ten week run at number one on the Billboard charts.

Number Four- "Ebony and Ivory" Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder
This song appeared on Paul McCartney's "Tug of War" album in 1982 and spent seven weeks on top of the charts. A classic "can't we get along?" anthem.

Number Three - "The Boy is Mine" Brandy and Monica
This 1998 hit lasted thirteen weeks at the top among rumors that the two R&B stars weren't exactly getting along. On top of that, the song was all about them fighting over a guy,  maybe that's why it got so popular.

Number Two- "Say Say Say" Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson
When this song was released in 1983 it spent six weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot 100. However, the two parted ways a couple years later when Jackson bought the rights to most of The Beatles' songs. McCartney did say he was privileged to have worked with Jackson.

Number One- "Endless Love" Diana Ross and Lionel Richie
In 1981, these two collaborated on what would be the biggest number one hit for both artists. The song spent nine weeks at the top of the charts.
