The library was getting geekier today in Rogers.
"Geek the Library" is a campaign to educate communities on the importance of libraries.

And all they've got to offer.

The event ran from 10 am to 4 pm and had a little something for everyone, a minecraft competition for those who are a little more technologically savvy, and a computer tune up for those who aren't.
"Well it provides a lot. What are libraries in this day and time, they're community access to literacy and not just reading but also technology. and so this is just a huge part of what we do in this library," says Donna Fallin with the Rogers Public Library.
Attendees could also donate old computers to be passed on to those who might not have one through the "Connect Arkansas" program.
