Leding Introduces Bill Banning Sale of E-Cigarettes to Minors

An Arkansas House Member Representing Northwest Arkansas has filed a bill to ban the selling of E-Cigarettes to minors.
The bill, introduced Tuesday by District 86 Representative Greg Leding, would completely ban selling, giving or trading E-Cigarettes and other nicotine products to minors. It would also prohibit minors from purchasing or possessing them.
The bill defines an "e-cigarette" as an electronic oral device that provides a vapor of nicotine or another substance that, when used, simulates smoking.
It proposes a fine of up to $100 per violation.
