During is 36 years coaching track and field for the University of Arkansas John McDonnell's teams won 40 national championships, the most by any coach in any sport in NCAA history.  And from 1984 to 1995 his teams won 12 consecutive NCAA Indoor Track Championships, the longest streak of national titles by any school in any sport in NCAA history.

How did he achieve these statistics?  And what was the impact it had on his family life?  Coach McDonnell answers these questions and more in an interview with Brad Reed on Fox 24 News Edge.
