A Beloved Pet Makes His Way Home on Monday's Edition of "Over the Edge"

One event turns China into a winter wonderland and a heartwarming story as a beloved pet finds its way home. Here is Monday's edition of "Over the Edge".
Folks on board Captain Dave's Dolphin and Whale Safari saw a miraculous sight Sunday in California. A huge pod of at least 1,000 dolphins stampeded off the coast, churning up the waters around the boat. At one point, the dolphins made a bee-line right for the captains boat!
A dog who went missing Thanksgiving weekend is being re-united with his family. "Rascal" disappeared from his Kansas home and re-surfaced about 15-hundred miles away at a shelter in San Diego, California. A woman dropped the animal off at the shelter, claiming she found him in Kansas, but was no longer able to keep him. Fortunately, Rascal's owner were tracked down because he was still wearing his tags.
Fireworks light up the sky at an annual winter carnival in China. The month long ice and snow festival is known as one of the worlds largest winter events. The event features large scale snow sculptures, ice slides and ice block structures.
