In the wake of last week's storm that left hundreds of thousands Arkansans without power, a Springdale lawmaker says the Natural State may want to evaluate burying power lines.

Representative Jon Woods says the state should study whether putting power lines underground is feasible. Last week, over 200,000 Entergy customers were without power after the Christmas storm rolled through central Arkansas. The company has said the cost of the repairs could run into the tens of millions of dollars, a bill that will likely be passed on to consumers.
