Dr. Tom Crosby is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and board-certified in
Family Practice.
He received his medical education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, and completed his Family Medicine residency with UAMS Area Health Education Center (AHEC) Northwest.
Dr. Crosby is coming to us from Grove, Oklahoma, where he has been in private practice. He joins Dr. Johnny Adkins at Washington Regional Family Clinic - Fayetteville.
