Meet Dr. Tom R. Crosby

Dr. Tom Crosby is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and board-certified in Family Practice.

He received his medical education at the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center, and completed his Family Medicine residency with UAMS Area Health Education Center, Northwest.
