She earned her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed a family medicine residency in Northwest Arkansas with UAMS Area Health Education Center, where she was named Chief Resident.
Dr. Hays is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is board-certified in Family Practice.
