A Springdale man accused of killing his two-month-old stepson is scheduled to start his first day of trial this morning.

Twenty-three-year-old Tremelle Overton faces first degree murder charges in connection with the death of his young stepson.

Back in August, police arrested Overton after finding the boy unresponsive and not breathing.

Overton's appearance is set for 7:45 this (Monday) morning.
